From Branding to E-Commerce Website Design
We’re excited to share the new website we designed and developed for Superior Candle Co., a small-batch candle company inspired by the rugged beauty of Lake Superior. Our relationship with the brand began with their original branding, creating a visual identity that felt natural, timeless, and reflective of where the company calls home. For the new website, our goal was to carry that same aesthetic through every detail while creating an online experience that felt just as thoughtful and inviting as the products themselves.
The website design process focused on creating a clean, intuitive e-commerce experience that allows the candles and their story to take centre stage. We developed a simple collection-based structure, dedicated pages for the brand story and wholesale program, and a journal for helpful, search-friendly content. Thoughtful typography, natural imagery, generous whitespace, and subtle design details help create a calm, elevated experience while making it easy for visitors to browse collections, discover new scents, and shop with ease.
